We will usually ask customers to provide their product order number that starts with C, E or N before we provide any further assistance. This is because we are the authorized seller of Xiaomi in Australia and we can only provide customer service and warranty to products bought from our official website or our retail store in Sydney. By checking the product order number, we are able to verify the product warranty status and be able to advise and assist our customers accordingly.
