Yes, you can return a product for a refund or exchange if the product is faulty, incorrectly described or not fit for its intended purpose provided that the return is within 7 days (from date of invoice/delivery collection) and such faulty product has not been inspected, serviced or repaired by any other third parties (including any Xiaomi products sellers other than us) in any manner.
