If you bought a product from us and found it faulty, you may choose to return the faulty product to us for repair provided that the product -

  • is manufactured for use in Australia
  • is within the warranty period
  • has not been inspected, serviced or repaired by any other third parties (including any Xiaomi products sellers other than us) in any manner 
  • must fulfilled our warranty terms and conditions as set out in warranty policy.
